SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 🚚 All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after order confirmation. Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days across India, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

We offer a 3-day return and exchange window only in case the wrong or defective product is delivered. An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request. The video must clearly show the package, shipping label, and the product from the moment the package is opened. Products that are damaged due to customer use, washing, alteration, or any other customer-related reason will not be eligible for return or exchange.

You can cancel your order only until the order is accepted by Bindaas Clothing. Once your order has been accepted/confirmed by us, cancellation will not be possible. IMPORTANT Please check your product carefully while recording the unboxing video. Return or exchange requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
